Getting a flat set of abs doesn't come from just doing

your body, there by helping to burn more calories and fat.

doing crunches. You need to be at 10% body fat or less in order
to even see your abs. So it makes sense that a flat abs
exercise doesn't just need to be an ab exercise but all a full
body exercise that will work your legs, abs, back etc.

A few multi joint exercises that help burn fat as well as
