Fat burner and diet pills might work for a short time, but
they're not a long term solution to losing stomach fat. The
same is true for fads like ab machines that supposedly help you
lose stubborn belly fat while you're watching TV.

We are what we eat, literally. The best way to lose stomach
fat is to:
- Determine how many calories you should
be eating a day
- Determine how many calories you are
eating a day (best done as an average of
several days)
- Reduce the number of calories you eat
each day to 500 less then the number you
found in step 1

Why should you be eating 500 calories less then your
recommended daily amount? Becuase when losing weight
is your goal you want your body to burn stomach fat. One
pound of fat is 3500 calories, so if you're cutting your daily
intake by 500 below your suggested you'll end up with a 3500
calorie deficit at the end of each 7 day week. Enough to burn
off one pound of fat.
NOTE: You shouldn't lose stomach fat to fast, 1-2 lbs
a week is safe and health.
Exercises to lose belly fat
The normal exercises you think of for losing stomach fat are
probably sit-ups and crunches. How ever they don't help you
lose much body fat, they develop abs underneath the belly fat
you're trying to lose.
A better approach is to concentrate on circuit training and
combo workouts that help build muscle and strength as well as
keep your heart going. Jogging and other cardio are good
options, but you'll see faster results if you go for building
muscle and losing stomach fat at the same time.
