When I first opened the file and saw that it was 340 pages, I was intimidated to say the least. I tend to have difficulties with my attention span, and thought “whew this is gonna be tough”. How ever after I got into it and discovered that the burn the fat feed the muscle book isn't fluff I couldn't set it down. I've reviewed a lot of digital products sold online that only loosely provide information about what their over hyped sales letters say they will, so I've come to expect to be somewhat disappointed by these types of products..
