donuts and other pastries. Instead bring a couple of pieces of
fruit to work each day.

Drink more water and cut out alcohol
Don't feel bad if you don't get 6-8 glasses of water a day,
very few people do. How ever for rapid fat loss this is an
important change you need to make. We need water to flush our
systems, and feel healthy. Now the other side of this to lose
weight is to cut out alcohol. Wine, beer, and other spirits are
big on empty calories. Try to limit your intake to a drink or
two a week, if you can make it none for 30 days to measure your
success.

Exercise is a key to Rapid Fat Loss
Exercise is a must for Rapid Fat Loss, how ever before you
rush out to buy a gym membership hear me out. Here's how
exercise works to burn fat. Short bursts of energy use sugar,
so they aren't helping you lose weight.
In contrast longer duration work outs such as a 20-30 minute
brisk walk or jog, even a 30 minute yoga, pilates, or aerobics
workout will burn fat rather then sugar during activity. They
