Diet First

You might not be over weight but the fact remains that if you want to get flat abs you can't be putting any crap in your body. This includes high sugar of fatty snacks, processed meals, and no fast food.

Now I don't want you to start eating rabbit food because this isn't the answer either. You need to eat a balanced diet of good fats, vegetables, fruits, carbohydrates and proteins.
