The real secret to eating for Flat Abs

It's not how good you think you're eating, rather it's about your caloric intake, or how much you're eating. In order to burn fat away so you can see those flat abs you need to be burning more calories each day then your taking in. This can be done a couple of ways:

1.)you reduce your daily calorie intake below what your body will burn in a resting state all day. This way when your body requires more energy it goes to the fat reserves.

2.)You can increase your activity to burn more calories then you would in a normal day, and keep eating the same way you have.

It's far easier to do #1, and for a catalyst to speed up the process add in the exercise from #2 and you'll see even more fat loss and faster.

A few eating tips for the Flat Abs Diet

  • Stop eating empty calories. No candy bars, chips, cookies, high fat crackers etc. Get rid of them all. If you need to snack through the day try fruit and vegetables. They are filling, high in fiber and much lower in calories then those high fat alternatives.

  • Drink water like there's no tomorrow. 6-8 glasses a day is what we're supposed to be getting, bet you're not. Challenge yourself to increase your water intake, for the first few days you'll have to pee like crazy, but it pays off in increased energy decreased appetite, and alternativeness.

  • Eat the same amount but eat more often, this little trick is a key to the flat abs diet. Rather then eating three meals, spread it out so you're eating 5 or 6, or about every 3 hours your awake. This will increase your metabolism and help you burn calories you eat faster.

  • Don't get processed or premade foods. These are full of sodium, and often fat. Avoid fast food restaurants, and if you do need to eat out make smart choices look for lean meats, and salads not burgers and fries.
