What's the best way to get a
six pack
Both men and women dream of having a perfectly toned mid
section, and a set of sexy 6 pack abs. How ever less of those
people (like you and I) who dream about it know how to go about
developing those abs so we can show them off. This article is
dedicated to the best way to get a six pack,
more specifically we'll talk about why sit ups aren't the
answer, the role diet must play, and a suggestion for a book
that's made all the difference in the world for me and my
abdominals.
Here's the Best
way to get a Six Pack
Sit ups and crunches won't get you a six pack
While a common misconception doing crunches and sit ups all
day long isn't going to result in a visible six pack of abs.
Why not? Most of us have a thin (or possibly thick) layer of
belly fat that covers over our abdominals. Causing them to keep
the muscles your developing hidden from view. Now I'm not
suggesting that doing abdominal workouts won't get a six pack
of abs going, what I am saying is you need to do things in the
right order. That order is destroying belly fat first, then
building abs second.
Why the best way to get a six pack starts in the
kitchen
Why do you have that thin layer of fat covering over your
six pack? Possibly it's how or what you've been eating, or a
combination of diet and lack of exercise. Which ever reason you
fall under you need to start the climb to getting a six pack in
the kitchen. What and how much you eat plays a big role in
whether you lose or gain more fat, and if you burn any of the
additional fat you're carrying now. I cannot get into a
complete meal and diet plan here to burn belly fat, but the
suggested reading at the end of this article offers a very in
depth look at how to modify your current lifestyle and diet to
melt away extra pounds and build lean muscle.

A brief over view of what you need to look at to get a set
of six pack abs starts with what you're currently eating. The
two biggest problems that people have are either eating the
entirely wrong thing (i.e. fatty foods, high sugar foods, to
much alcohol etc.), or eating just to much all together (you
can eat to much of a good thing). To curb both of these issues
two things need to happen.
- You need to ensure you're eating a healthy diet that's
well balanced
- You need to have portion control to ensure you're not
eating to much of the bad or good things
Calories are the killer, and you don't want to eat to many
calories each day. You should be eating enough to suffice what
your body requires to function, but no more then that.
Quick note about Exercise to Get a Six Pack
Exercise of course is going to play a key role in melting
away excess belly fat, and developing lean muscles and a six
pack. How ever, as I already mentioned ab specific exercises
aren't the answer. Instead you want to focus on complete body
workouts that get your heart rate up and promote lean muscle
building. Circuit training, and combination workouts where you
work two opposite muscle groups at the same time are ideal.
Again, the ebook I'm going to talk about below
offers a complete road map to promote fat burning, and lean
muscle building (including your six pack).

The best way to get a six pack is...
All of the things we've talked about in this article are
needed to develop a set of six pack abs. The diet
modifications, exercising etc. It's all about lifestyle change,
and not just for the short run, but a complete shift in how you
eat and exercise so that you lead a healthy lifestyle for good.
How ever it can be tough to keep all these things in check
without a plan, that's why I decided to go looking for a road
map to keep me on track. What I found was the ebook The
Truth About Six Pack Abs.
It's a detailed text teaching you all about what we've
discussed in this article, but at the micro level. Unlike some
diets or workout plans that tell you to do this and do that,
this book teaches you what you need to know to make your own
plans for your goals, body type, and lifestyle. I truly cannot
suggest a better guide or way to get six pack abs. Take a few minutes to
at least check out the website, and read the information
about the product that is specific to you (either women or
men).
