I know there are fat burner pills that are supposed to help
you lose stomach
fat, ab exercisers that are supposed to help you lose
abdominal fat and build a sexy 6 pack. The fact is these items
are band-ads. Without attacking the problem at the root (diet
and exercise) you would have to stay on those fat burning
supplements for ever, or continue to watch TV with that
abdominizer (or what ever it's name is) every night.
This website, and all the content in it is aimed at helping
you understand why we carry extra weight (based on our diets),
and the so called “secrets” to lose belly fat and and
how to get 6 pack abs. What
we're really looking at here is a complete change in lifestyle,
not just some 30-60 day change to lose the weight then back at
it again.
If you want long term success with fast fat loss, then you need to make
long term changes.
How can I start losing Belly Fat Now?
The first thing I tell most people is you have to gain
control of what you're eating and how much you're eating. This
isn't about volume of food, but calories. Remember a bag of
chips you might eat at break would contain more calories then a
huge salad of carrots, cucumber, spinach, broccoli, tomatoes
etc. How ever the volume of food is a lot less.
When I say gain control I mean start eating within your
means. We all have a particular number of calories we should
eat a day to stay healthy. How ever most of us eat far more
then that, hence why we don't lose belly fat. At first what you
need to do is cut way back so you can begin to burn off some of
the excess stomach fat, then once you've achieved your target
weight you can begin to eat at the correct daily limit of
calories for your body size, height, and age.

What about Exercises to burn belly fat?
This is the second part of how to get started right away.
While calorie intake is the main cause of stomach fat, it's
only half the equation of the solution. The other have is
exercises to lose stomach fat.
Most people are familiar with crunches and sit-ups those
exercises that specifically target your mid section. The down
side is these exercises don't directly help you lose belly fat.
They build up your abdominals underneath the fat.
You want to concentrate on exercises that will burn belly
fat, and build lean muscle. Building muscle at the same time
you're burning fat is a true “secret” to losing belly fat.
Routines such as circuit training, aerobics and other combo
body workouts will do this for you.
The book The Truth About Abs is a great
resource for information on these types of workouts and for
losing weight in general.
